197? Norm Paulson lost it in foreclosure back to the bank of Monticito.
1981-1983? Nancy Gardner tried to buy it, but could not because the property could not be subdivided (thankfully).
1985-1992 Nancy Gardner Bought it.
1992-Present. % Transfered to her Sons.
